Albata Avenue Residence

A new entrance welcomes guests and homeowners alike in this clean and simple design. With several barriers to standard design placement making themselves known, we shifted the front walkway to create a more interesting path placement. A common place hedge border is reinvented with foxtail ferns and the front planting bed simplified with three rows of texture filled plants with escalating heights. Manfreda and silver ponyfoot fill the corner bed giving color variety throughout the year.
