Al Jimenez

Al Jimenez is our Project Manager at Rain Lily and has been an integral part of our team since 2020.Al is incredibly knowledgeable and is a skilled welder and a grading and drainage master.  Al takes great pride in his work, and he is passionate about doing a fantastic job on each project he oversees. Leading a crew while remaining approachable for questions, requires great focus, attention to detail, and a calm approach to any bumps in the road. He works with our team to create a great plan for each job, and he ensures each project is completed beautifully. 

Al led landscaping crews prior to joining the Rain Lily team, and he has continued honoring his legacy as a hardworking, positive, friendly leader who perseveres through even the most challenging projects. 

When he’s not managing our latest projects, Al enjoys gaming, fishing, kayaking and homesteading–he takes care of sheep and chickens along with the land.
