Laurie Kemp

Laurie Kemp is our Office Manager at Rain Lily Design. She is the keeper of big and small details, to do's, and a big believer of creating better systems that lead to efficient and easy day to day organizing & operating, and the great beyond. On top of being team oriented, Laurie has a Conservation Biology Degree, her Master Gardener Certification, and has been working in the Austin landscaping & gardening industry for 20 plus years. She is passionate and excited about all things botanical~ in their natural state, planned landscape design beauty, and even in our office space, where she keeps a loving eye on our collection of houseplants. When Laurie isn’t curating thoughtful customer experiences and supporting our fabulous team, she loves to hang out with her 3 giant, almost completely full grown, children, tend to her own nest filled with plants, explore the natural world, and seek out the most delicious food she can get her hands on. She also loves jumping into Barton Springs, basking in the Pedernales river and swimming in any bodies of water in nature, near or far. Inspired by natural beauty  everywhere, Laurie keeps our feeds fresh and blooming with gorgeous photos of the work we do for our clients on instagram.
